Leave Feedback And Win

Having a service or repair carried out at a Good Garage Scheme member garage may not cost you a penny.

Every customer who leaves feedback with comments after having had work done at a Good Garage Scheme member garage is in with a chance to win the cost of the service or repair back*.

It couldn't be easier, and there are three ways to leave feedback:

1. Fill in a feedback card you receive with your documentation.
2. Visit the Good Garage Scheme's website
3. Download the Good Garage Scheme's free App and leave your feedback there

There are over 629,000 feedback items from previous customers listed on the Good Garage Scheme website so that motorists can make an educated decision before they take their car to a garage for a service.

The Good Garage Scheme will award two lucky customers up to £200 each for the cost of a service or repair this year.

Christchurch Motorist Wins Good Garage Scheme Competition


A valued customer of Good Garage Scheme workshop Twynham Motor Services in Christchurch has won back the cost of his car service. Christchurch motorist Mr Gardiner's feedback on his service was selected from customer feedback forms submitted by Good Garage Scheme member customers throughout the UK over a five month period. Customer Wins iPod Touch in Good Garage Scheme Feedback Prize Draw

A valued customer of Good Garage Scheme member Automotive Solutions in Ayr has won the latest iPod touch simply by leaving feedback on the service he received.  Mr Glover of Prestwick was selected from over 24,000 customer feedback forms submitted by member garages throughout the UK over a three-month period.  Good Garage Scheme customers are encouraged to provide their feedback about member garages to help provide motorists visiting www.GoodGarageScheme.com make an informed decision when selecting a local garage to service or repair their vehicle.

Mr Glover gave Automotive Solutions a five-star rating for their helpfulness, communication, standard of work undertaken on his car and his overall satisfaction.  In his glowing feedback, Mr Glover stated: “This is the second annual service undertaken by Automotive Solutions.  I cannot underestimate the quality of staff involved and have every confidence in their work.”
 

Automotive Solutions, which specialises in BMW, Mercedes, Mini and Porsches servicing and repairs, has an overall customer satisfaction rating of 99 per cent, with 100 percent of customers saying they would use the Good Garage Scheme member again and that they would recommend the workshop.

Nintendo Wii Awarded to Latest Feedback Winner

One motorist got more than they bargained for when taking part in the Good Garage Scheme’s nationwide garage feedback winter prize draw. Alison Palmer is the lucky winner of a Nintendo Wii home video game console, having been drawn from over 25,000 feedback forms received by the Good Garage Scheme over the past three months.

As a long-standing customer of Good Garage Scheme member, NRK Services in Somerset, Alison wanted to express her satisfaction of over 15 years of good service by letting them and the Good Garage Scheme know of her thoughts.

On hearing of her win, Alison commented: “I was really shocked and delighted at the news, because I wasn’t aware of a prize at all. I just wanted to put into writing how happy I was with my garage and the feedback system is a great way of doing that"

She added: “The mechanics at NRK are very helpful and save me as much money as possible by avoiding unnecessary work on my old car. They are a trustworthy garage and I will always go back to them.

Since becoming a member in 2006, NRK Services have maintained a five star rating and 100% of their customers have said they would visit again.

Christmas Feedback Prize Draw Ends Tomorrow!

Good Garage Scheme customer wins iPod for singing garage's praises

It was like music to the ears of Brenda Hare, a long-standing customer of Good Garage Scheme member Ivybridge Motors in Devon, when she was told she had won a brand new Apple iPod touch.





Brenda was thrilled to be selected from over 20,000 feedback entries received over a three-month period by member garages across the UK. 





As a regular customer of Ivybridge Motors, Brenda said in her feedback: “Although I have moved away from Ivybridge and now live closer to Exeter, I will continue to use this garage as I can be absolutely certain that they will deliver excellent service every time I need help. I would travel even further to stay with them as it’s so important to find a garage whose staff you can trust and whose quality of work is second to none.”

Good Garage Scheme customers are encouraged to provide feedback to garages so that visitors to the website can make an educated decision when they are choosing a garage to service or repair their vehicle.

 Ivybridge Motors have maintained a five star rating since they joined the scheme in 2009 and Service Manager, Chris Howells, was happy to present Brenda with her new iPod touch.

The Good Garage Scheme has recently launched their Christmas feedback prize draw. The winner of the prize draw on the 16th December will have a choice of prizes including an iPod touch, SatNav, Blu-ray player or Nintendo Wii.
